William Hitchcock - President

William Hitchcock retired from Headquarters, United States Border Patrol (USBP), as the Director of Strategic Communications Division in 2019. He has over 28 years of federal law enforcement experience that includes executive leadership, management, and supervisory tenure at the local, regional, national and international level, encompassing operations, administration, intelligence, communications, training, liaison and logistics, with a reputation for achieving organizational goals through innovation and leadership.

During his USBP career, William served as the Associate Chief of Southwest Border Operations, the Sector Division Chief of Operations, and a Supervisory Course Development Instructor at the USBP Academy. He possesses extensive international experience as the Customs and Border Protection Attaché in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as multiple deployments to Turkey, South America, Northern and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Upon retirement and based on his extensive experience working side by side with Department of State, Department of Defense and multiple other government agencies in the realm of security and leader development, William has worked as a consultant and program manager with several International security and technology related firms in more than twenty countries worldwide.
